These terms and conditions apply between you, the user of this website, including any sub-domains, and Misfuelled Car Fixer Ltd, the owner of this website. Please read the terms and conditions carefully, as they affect your legal rights.

Misfuelled Car Fixer Ltd (company registration number: 13760016) is a mobile wrong fuel drain service if you've put the wrong fuel in your vehicle.
While Misfuelled Car Fixer Ltd takes all the appropriate measures that wrong fuel is flushed properly from your vehicle’s fuel system. However, some vehicle's fuel systems have sensitive components that may not tolerate wrong fuel, Misfuelled Car Fixer Ltd will not be responsible for any damage already or in future caused by, or as a result of contaminated fuel.
Please not that the damage already occured or may still can occur in the future as a result of driving with misfuelled vehicle.
Misfuelled Car Fixer Ltd NOT responsible for any damage occured or which will occur on the misfuelled vehicle.
- If damage has been occured to the vehicle as a result of misfuelling and the vehicle fails to start after it has been drained and the fuel system has been flushed through, the full payment must be made to Misfuelled Car Fixer Ltd ffor the wrong fuel removal and the contaminated fuel disposal.
Misfuelled Car Fixer only accept the responsibility for the actions taken of a Misfuelled Car Fixer Ltd employee.
Misfuelled Car Fixer NOT responsible for any agent, technician, mechanic acting on our behalf.
By instructing us to carry out our wrong fuel drainservices in relation to the Misfuelled Vehicle, you warrant to us that you are authorised by the owner and registered keeper of the Vehicle.
We advise you to change the fuel filter at the earliest opportunity. Kindly discuss with the technician about any further precautions.
Our no start, no fee guarantee is provided only on the bases that the components in the fuel system are not damaged due to misfuelling.
You must be aware that ourwrong fuel services DOES NOT guarantee that there will not be any further problems or damage to the vehicle resulting from misfuelling.

Booking and cancellations our service
Misfuelled Car Fixer Ltd require deposit when clients would like to book for our service.
Our clients may cancel our service at any time without any reason, but when the cancellation requested the required deposit will be retained by Misfuelled Car Fixer Ltd, and the clients accept the deposit is non-refundable.
When the client wishes to reschedule the service instead of canceling, the non-refundable deposit applied to the rescheduled date.
Misfuelling and Wrong fuel
Misfuelling and wrong fuel meaning, fuelling a vehicle (motorbike, car, van, lorry, HGV) with fuel (petrol, diesel) or any other liquid (AdBlue, water, oil, etc.), which NOT suitable for use in the vehicle.
What our service includes:
The contaminated fuel removal from the client's vehicle
Dealing with the contaminated fuel which is removed from the client's vehicle and environmentally disposal.
Our service NOT includes:
The cost of the provided fuel (petrol, diesel) which we can supply if required, replacement parts and fuel additive.
The client will be charged for the provided fuel, replacement parts and fuel additive.
Misfuelled Car Fixer Ltd refuses to provide our service
Misfuelled Car Fixer Ltd has the right at any time, to refuse to provide or arrange our wrong fuel drain services for whatever nature and where it reasonably considers the following:
- Client or anyone accompanying by the client, is behaving or has behaved in a threatening or abusive manner to any Misfuelled Car Fixer Ltd employees, technicians or agents, or to any other our third party contractor
- Client have falsely represented that they are entitled to a service that they are not entitled to.
- Client refuses to pay our required upfront deposit.

If client experienced a complaint about our wrong fuel drain service, we would like to hear from them:

If the wrong fuel drain service carried out by our third party agent, technician, mechanic or who provided the service on our behalf please contact them to raise the complaint. In this case we are unable to take any action.
